LTD MMC – Chief Accountant 2016-2017 DORCE Prefabricated Building &Construction Industry Trade Inc. -R.A.M Servis MMC. - Rent Motors MMC- CNCO LTD MMC Position: Internal Auditor Preparing and filing of monthly, quarter, semiannual and annual reports to the Tax Department, State Social Protection Fund, Statistics Committee and Employment Fund, my accounting services include, but not limited to the following; a) Maintenance of accounting books and expense documents in strict compliance with the accounting legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic; b) Preparing all necessary documents applications etc. whatsoever to the relevant authorities, as the case may be; c) Preparing local employment contracts, monthly payrolls and pay slips for local and expatriate employees, indicating all types of salary deductions, withholding taxes and other contributions; and distributing salary to the employees against receipts. Participate during the statutory audits conducted by Ministry of Taxes and Social Security Fund representing the interests of the company - Maintain all extra correspondence with the Ministry of Taxes, and other state authorities (State Social Protection Fund, Labor Inspection, Statistics Committee, Employment Fund and etc.. Audit services 1. Review of Balance Sheet 2. Review of organization of accounting and accounting principles used 3. Ensuring consistency of accounting method used during the year 4. Review of petty cash procedures 5. Review of invoices issued to customers 6. Checking fairness of declaration of incomes in income statement 7. Checking allocation of expenses to PSA and non-PSA portions 8. Review of formation of product cost: expense portion • Bank services • Office expenses • Rent expenses • Business travel expenses • Depreciation of fixed assets • National staff salary calculation • Expatriate staff salary calculation • National staff income tax: calculations and payments made • SSF contributions: calculations and payments made • Other expenses 9. Supplier accounts 10. VAT account 11. Revealing direct and indirect expenses 12. Checking correctness of reflecting and documentation of costs 13. Dividing indirect expenses into PSA and Non-PSA portions 14. Checking correctness of profit and profit tax calculation regarding PSA Activity 15. Checking deduction of WHT from suppliers-foreign legal entities 16. Checking correctness of calculations made with regard to payments to the budget. 17. Checking correctness of reports prepared and support of reports data by proofs/initial documents 18. Checking timeliness of filing tax reports. 19. Checking correctness of rates applied for calculation of tax Other issues researched with special attention: • Checking compliance with current labor regulations and payroll calculations. Calculation of personal income tax and Social Security Contributions regarding payroll and payments made to physical persons • Checking calculation and payment of salaries and other payments to employees • Checking calculation and payment of personal income tax and Social Security Contributions • Checking inclusion in product/service cost salaries and related tax and deductions 2014-2015 period – Caspian Accounting Consulting Company- Position: Internal Auditor  Preparation of the group’s financial and management reports and all monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to Legal Tax and International Standards. To ensure that financial and statutory accounting reports are in accordance with Local and International Standards.  Act as a single point of contact for Legal advisors and external/internal auditors. Coordinate with Auditors, Bankers and Lowers on the conduct of annual audit.  Calculation of salary and preparation invoice Prepare annual Budget. Complete regular budged report, including variances year to date comparisons. Audited in Cameron before audit from Social Fund in 2010. Knowledge in PSA, Azerbaijan Tax code, Azerbaijan Labor code.  Manage accounts receivables, payables and collection payments, activities and monitoring company cash flow positions. Raising sales invoices and credit control perform reconciliation of credit notes. Work closely with bank to ensure all payments and lodgments are included for the month end bank reconciliations. Complex Salary calculation: Pension tax, Social security cost, Income tax, business travel expenses  To ensure that financial and statutory accounting reports are in accordance with Local and International Standards.  Prepare annual Budged. Complete regular budged report, including variances year to date comparisons. Prepare Forecast Cash Flow on monthly basis. Consolidate summary balance sheet. Sum up P&L  Prepare financial, statistic, ad-hoc reports and ensure timely submission of those reports.  Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.,  Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans,  Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations  Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable  Ensuring assets are safeguarded  Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement,  Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements,  Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations,  Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards,  Completes audit work-papers by documenting audit tests and findings  Perform audit projects in accordance with the approved audit program and International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing  Prepare audit work papers that document the work performed and conclusions reached; draft audit reports for review and approval  Provide assistance to external (government) auditors, as requested  Perform special projects, investigations, and other duties as assigned. 2008-2013 till Forum Auditor company – AOQC MOODY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and MOODY INTERNATIONAL company -auditor-accountant Responsibilities:  Preparation of the group’s financial and management reports and all monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to Legal Tax and International Standards.
